Valley Transit continues to struggle to bring back riders. Through the end of October, Valley Transit reports it provided 440,000 rides–compared to 472,000 at that point last year–and 787,000 in 2019. The transit system has lost $3.5-million so far this year–with that being offset by $5-million in federal pandemic aid that was awarded earlier this year.
