A Whitelaw man is dead following a crash in Manitowoc County. The Sheriff’s Office says the 78-year old ran off County Highway “T” in the town of Kossuth around 6:50 this (Wednesday) morning–striking a fence and a power pole. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
