Senator Ron Johnson may try to block the nomination of a new judge for the Green Bay Federal Court. President Joe Biden is recommending Milwaukee County Judge William Pocan for the lifetime appointment. In a statement, Johnson claims that he is hearing from the Green Bay legal community that they would prefer someone from the region for the judgeship–and then he also tries to tie Pocan to the low bail amount set for the Waukesha Christmas Parade attacker. Pocan did not handle that case.
