The Oshkosh Area Humane Society names its next Executive Director. Jessica Miller will move into the position with current Director Joni Geiger retires on April 1st. Miller has served as the shelter’s donor relations coordinator for the past nine years. Geiger will be leaving O-A-H-S after 30-years working for the group.
