Bond is set at a quarter-million dollars cash for a Minnesota man charged in connection with an Appleton shooting incident. Jonathan Yang is facing one count of First Degree Reckless Injury in Outagamie County Court. Yang is accused of shooting another man during a fight involving as many as 20-people along West College Avenue back on February 13th. He faces up to 25-years in prison if convicted.
