Gov. Evers orders flags lowered to half-staff to commemorate 80th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor Attack
Flags will fly at half staff Friday from sunrise to sunset to honor former Lieutenant Governor Margaret Farrow.
She passed away last week at the age of 87. Services for Farrow will be held Friday in Hartland.
