The city of Oshkosh breaks ground on a new four-seasons pavilion in Lakeshore Park. The building will be on the east end of the park, near the new Oshkosh Corporation headquarters. It will be available for rental for private and public events. The price tag of $4.4 million came in over the projected budget of $3 million–but the Oshkosh Common Council voted to increase borrowing to cover the added cost.
