Work on a new parking ramp adjacent to the downtown Appleton YMCA has been put on hold following a partial collapse. A portion of the second level of the structure fell onto the first level over the weekend. No one was hurt. The project is on hold until investigators can determine the cause of the collapse. The new seven-point-five million dollar ramp was scheduled to open in August.
