(OSHKOSH, WI) — The suspect in a fatal shooting Sunday in Oshkosh is now charged in that case.
The Winnebago County District Attorney charges 37-year-old Joshua Johnson with First Degree Intentional Homicide and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
Oshkosh Police were called to the 300-block of Oxford Avenue Sunday evening for a report of an individual who’d been shot. The victim was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
Joshua Jackson was taken into custody near the crime scene and the case remains under investigation.
