TWO RIVERS, Wis. — The Two Rivers Police Department says the drowning death of a student at the city’s high school was an accident.
The teen was pulled from the water on Feb. 8.
Investigators found no evidence of foul play and will not recommend any criminal charges.
The student’s name has not been released.
