Dr. H. Jeffrey Rafn (Northeast Wisconsin Technical College)
GREEN BAY, Wis. — The president of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is retiring.
Dr. H. Jeffrey Rafn will step down July 1, 2023.
Rafn has served as NWTC president since 1997. He also served as an administrator and educator across the East Coast for 18 years.
