OSHKOSH, Wis–The city of Oshkosh is sitting on too much money. Finance Director Russ VanGompel says a projected 300-thousand dollar surplus from the 2022 budget will leave too much in the general fund……………..
VanGompel recommends the Oshkosh Common Council consider using the surplus to fund one-time projects–rather than recurring expenses.
