APPLETON, Wis–ThedaCare and Bergstrom Automotive help make a final wish of a terminally ill man come true. Gary Gustafson–who is in hospice treatment with Parkinson’s disease–wanted to ride in a black Corvette convertible for his 64th birthday last month.

John Bergstrom provided Gary with a ride in his 1967 Corvette convertible as part of a surprise birthday party. ThedaCare’s Hopes and Dreams Program helped to set up that special ride.
