APPLETON, Wis–Harbor House in Appleton is losing its Executive Director. Amber Schroeder is leaving the domestic abuse shelter and program to take a job with an international organization.
During her time in that position, Schroeder oversaw the merger of Harbor House and the Sexual Assault Crisis Center of the Fox Cities. Her last day will be October 17th. Meanwhile, Harbor House plans to change its name on October 15th.
