OSHKOSH, Wis–Oshkosh Police are looking for a suspect in a reported armed robbery. Albert Smith is accused of striking a woman in the head with a handgun in the parking lot of a business along the 800-block of North Main Street around 10:30 this (Friday) morning.
Smith allegedly stole the woman’s car as well. He is believed to be armed and dangerous.
