OSHKOSH, Wis–Criminal charges are filed against a Kimberly High School teacher accused of soliciting sex from students. Brian Brown is facing counts in Winnebago County Court of Child Enticement, Soliciting an Intimate Photo from a Minor, Exposure to a Child, and Disorderly Conduct.
According to the criminal complaint, Brown sent shirtless pictures of himself to a student during summer break and asked the girl to meet him for sex. A second girl allegedly exchanged lewd photos with Brown.
He was a teacher in the Winneconne School District the year before the alleged incidents. Brown was hired at Kimberly High School this fall–and was placed on leave following his arrest last week. If convicted, he would face up to 32-years in prison.
