CHICAGO — Northeast Wisconsin sees little change in gas prices over the past week.
GasBuddy.com‘s latest survey finds the average in Appleton at $3.90 per gallon. That’s up 1 cent from last week.
In Green Bay, the average fell five cents to $3.90 a gallon.
The national average jumped 13 cents and sits at $3.92.
