GREEN BAY, Wis–The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty will appeal a federal judge’s ruling that it cannot sue to block President Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan. Judge William Greisbach ruled that the Brown County Taxpayers Association–represented by WILL–did not have legal standing to bring the suit.
The Taxpayers Association is trying to argue that the President can only act with Congressional approval. No hearings on that appeal have been set.
