APPLETON, Wis–A man that tried to steal gold coins from a Kimberly store reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. Travis Burrell is convicted in Outagamie County Court on one count of Being Party to Retail Theft.
Burrell ran out of Voecks Fox Valley Coin and Diamonds with gold coins back in March. He was shot at by an armed guard at the store while trying to drive away.
Burrell faces up to 10-years in prison when sentenced on December 22nd.
