FOND DU LAC, Wis–A Fond du Lac man is accused of voting twice in the 2020 presidential election. Edward Malnar is charged in Fond du Lac County Court with Election Fraud and Obstructing an Officer.
According to the criminal complaint, the state Elections Commission found that Malnar had voted by absentee ballot in Michigan for the November 2020 election, and then voted in person in Fond du Lac on Election Day. If convicted, he would face up to three years in prison.
