GREEN BAY, Wis–A Green Bay woman accused of killing and dismembering her boyfriend will undergo another round of psychological testing. Attorneys for Taylor Schabusiness believe that she is not competent to assist in her own defense. Previous testing has established that Schabusiness is competent.
She allegedly choked Shad Thyrion to death back in February before cutting up his body and hiding the pieces in the basement of his mother’s home. Schabusiness faces life in prison if convicted.
