HARRISON, Wis. — The Calumet County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a hit-and-run driver who struck a horse.
A Ford pickup truck ran off Firelane 13 in the village of Harrison around 8 p.m. Sunday, ran through a fence and struck the horse and a utility pole before taking off.
The truck’s grill was left behind at the scene. The horse was seriously hurt.
Anyone with information on the incident should call the Calumet County Sheriff’s Office.
