OSHKOSH,WI — Oshkosh Police are investigating a disturbance in which a handgun was fired. Officers were called to a residence in the 800-block of Wisconsin Street around 3:24 PM Friday. They learned that people were arguing and a firearm was discharged. Around 3:28 PM officers found a 51-year-old man standing in the parking lot of the residence and took him into custody without incident. It was determined he’d fire the handgun. He’s now in the Winnebago County Jail and police are calling this an isolated incident.
