APPLETON, Wis–No one is hurt in an Appleton house fire. Crews were called to the home in hte 700-block of West Harris Street just after midnight this (Thursday) morning to find the owner on the back porch with a fire extinguisher.
The resident had already put out the flames. Careless use of smoking materials is believed to be the cause of the fire.
