OSHKOSH, Wis–Oshkosh Police are investigating a reported child enticement incident. A man reportedly offered a child sitting alone in a car outside a store in the one-thousand block of North Washburn Street candy and a puppy to come with him around noon today (Thursday).
The man left without any physical contact with the child. He is described as being in his 80’s and driving a gray minivan. Anyone with information should contact Oshkosh Police.
