APPLETON, Wis. — The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office issues a tow ban for Interstate 41 and Highway 441, effective immediately.
That means tow trucks will not be allowed to pull stranded vehicles out of the ditch along the highways until the ban is lifted.
The department cites deteriorating weather and road conditions.
