OSHKOSH, Wis–Oshkosh Police are investigating the death of a dog. A property management company found the dog in an apartment in the 16-hundred-block of Rainbow Drive shortly before 3:00 Wednesday afternoon.
The owner of the dog was contacted. The cause of death is unknown at this time.
