OMRO, Wis. — A hang up 911 call leads to a police standoff in Omro.
Officers responded to the 500 block of McKinley Avenue Sunday morning on the report of a hang up call to dispatchers. There they found an active disturbance in progress.
One of the people involved barricaded himself in the basement and refused to come out. He eventually surrendered without incident.
Criminal charges are pending. No one was hurt.
