APPLETON, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed against an Appleton murder suspect.
Yia Lor is facing counts of First Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery.
Lor is accused of shooting Paul Rhoads to death and leaving his body on Briarcliff Drive back on Jan. 22.
Lor was arrested following a crash in Sheboygan County a few weeks after the shooting but is not currently in custody.
