OSHKOSH, Wis–A man shot by Oshkosh Police last week is out of the hospital and is now in custody. The man reportedly drove his car toward officers investigating a threat complaint in a parking lot along the 500-block of North Main Street early last Friday morning.
His name and the names of the officers involved have not been released. The state Department of Justice is investigating the incident. They have released no other information.
