OSHKOSH, Wis–A report of a student with a gun results in a police response to Oshkosh West High School. The student was spotted in the school parking lot with what appeared to be a weapon just after 8:00 this (Friday) morning. The student was not present in their first hour class, and the school was placed on lockdown.
The student was taken into custody without incident, and was found to be in possession of an air soft gun in their vehicle. Police say there were no threats made against the school.
