In Wisconsin these days, it seems as though bi-partisanship is viewed as a dirty word. Almost every discussion, let alone decision, needs to be done via party lines.
I’ve lived here for a little over a half a year and I can tell you, I am already getting tired of it, and many listeners have let me know they feel the same.
You can imagine my surprise then, when I learned that Assembly Rep Lee Snodgrass, and State Senator Rachel Cabral Guevara will be holding a bi-partisan listening session discussing what Wisconsin residents would like to see in the budget.
It will be held at the Menasha Library at 10:30am on April 1st, and no, this is not an April Fools joke.
