It does not matter which side of the political aisle you agree with, it’s easy to watch mainstream media networks and think that the 2 parties in this country will never see eye to eye. Whether it’s abortion rights, debt limit approaches, or “woke” policies, it feels like we are pulling away more and more, rather than coming together.
THIS, is why I stress the idea that you cannot just get your facts from cable news networks. A more pleasant and realistic truth is out there, and it’s on us as individuals to search it out.
One of the organizations trying to keep there finger on the pulse of the American voter is Data For Progress. I was joined by Polling Analyst Grace Adcox to discuss what methodology they use to derive their information, and then break down the figures they have on a number of different issues that do not reflect the picture painted by any cable news network. Not only is this data unifying, but it provides a framework on how to slice through the noise and move this country forward, which is something I believe just about everyone is ready for.
