Two local health care providers are working with a Minnesota company to offer more health insurance options for companies.
ThedaCare and Bellin Health will be part of the network for new plans from HealthPartners of Minnesota.
Dr. Imran Andrabi is the CEO of ThedaCare. He says they wanted to provide an alternative for coverage in the region. He says they also hope to bring their collective expertise together to improve access, health, and reduce costs.
The initial plans from HealthPartners will be available for companies that have 51 or more workers. Coverage will start early next year.
