Thomas Burns threw a complete game three hitter as the Hortonville Polar Bears shut out Middelton 3-0 in a WIAA State Quarterfinal Monday night. With the win, the Polar Bears will take on Franklin Wednesday night. Joey Dee and Dean Birling had the call from Grand Chute.
