GREEN BAY, Wis–The newest ride at Bay Beach Amusement Park in Green Bay makes its debut this weekend. The Nebulaz features carts on rotating arms that move in multiple directions.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for 11:00 Saturday morning.
