OSHKOSH, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed against an Oshkosh man accused of abusing an infant.
Michael Ormond is facing two counts of Child Abuse Causing Bodily Harm in Winnebago County Court.
According to the criminal complaint, Ormond repeatedly abused his 2-month old son–claiming to “get a high” while doing it–earlier this year. The child is hospitalized with serious head and body injuries.
Ormond faces up to 46 years in prison if convicted.
