OSHKOSH, Wis. — One person is dead and another is arrested following a hit-and-run crash in Oshkosh.
Police say a vehicle struck a pedestrian at the intersection of Ohio Street and 3rd Avenue around 6:35 p.m. Wednesday.
The pedestrian, a 38-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver left the scene but was found and arrested a short time later.
The incident remains under investigation.
