OSHKOSH, Wis–The Oshkosh Area School District finds no interest in buying one of its buildings. The district had put out a request for proposals to redevelop Washington Elementary School, but received no submissions.
Washington will close at the end of this school year, with students moving to the new Menominee Elementary. Previous Oshkosh school buildings have been converted to apartment buildings and storage facilities.
The district will continue to accept any offers that might come in.
