APPLETON, Wis. — Appleton police arrest a man accused of threatening people with a bladed weapon.
The incident took place outside the Kwik Trip at Richmond and Franklin streets around 5 p.m. Saturday.
The man was on a bike displaying the weapon and yelling threats at passersby. The man then reached into his waistband while officers talked with him. He was subdued without incident.
Criminal charges are pending.
