FOND DU LAC, Wis. — An alleged Fond du Lac murder was the result of a failed drug deal.
Annaka Trudell is charged in Fond du Lac County Court with First-Degree Intentional Homicide and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery.
Trudell is accused of stabbing Ashley Calo several times during an alleged drug robbery on Feb. 13. Calo died after crashing her car into a pole along a Fond du Lac street following the stabbing.
Another suspect, Dawson Miller, is charged with Felony Murder, Armed Robbery and Aiding a Felon.
Both would face life in prison if convicted.
