SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, Wis. — One person is dead and another is wanted following a traffic-related incident in Sheboygan County.
A deputy pulled over a vehicle on State Highway 32 in the town of Herman around 11:20 p.m. Saturday.
During the stop, the vehicle sped off, leading to a chase. The vehicle later stopped again, and the passenger, a 25-year-old man, got out and fired several shots at officers. None of them were hurt.
The man ran off and was later found dead with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The driver, Mario Doyle, Jr., is being sought and is no longer believed to be in Sheboygan County.
