MANITOWOC, Wis–The mother of a boy reported missing in Two Rivers is facing more criminal charges. Katrina Baur was initially facing counts of Child Neglect and Obstructing an officer in connection with the disappearance of three year old Elijah Vue, but Manitowoc County District Attorney Jacalyn Labre says those are being upgraded based on additional allegations………
Labre says the new counts stem from Baur’s treatment of both her kids………
Labre adds that Baur encouraged her co-defendant, Jesse Vang, not to cooperate with investigators looking for her son………….
Vang appeared in court without an attorney. They will return March 11th for preliminary hearings.
