OSHKOSH, Wis–The city of Oshkosh is looking to develop a new downtown gathering spot. A gazebo will be installed in William Waters Plaza, adjacent to the Oshkosh Public Library.
Assistant City Manager John Fitzpatrick expects the gazebo to get plenty of use……….
The cost of the gazebo project is $394,000. The city will contribute $80,000, while donations will cover the rest of the construction.
