APPLETON, Wis. — U.S. Venture can proceed with transforming the historic 222 Building on W. College Avenue in downtown Appleton into its new headquarters.
The Appleton Common Council Wednesday approves a development agreement with U.S. Venture, which includes $2.1 million in tax incremental financing from the city.
