TOWN OF FOND DU LAC, Wis. — A man is in custody following a stabbing incident in Fond du Lac County.
Dispatchers received a report around 4:30 p.m. Friday of a woman who was stabbed at a town of Fond du Lac residence. She was taken to the hospital, where she is listed in serious but stable condition.
The suspect, Fermin Lopez-Mendoza, fled the scene and was found by law enforcement in Ozaukee County Saturday evening.
Criminal charges are pending.
