APPLETON, Wis. — The City of Appleton and U.S. Venture sign a development agreement.
The move allows the company to relocate its corporate headquarters in Kimberly to the 222 Building on College Avenue.

U.S. Venture plans to invest about $80 million in the remodeling of the 222 Building. The company hopes to be fully moved in by late 2025 or early 2026.
