APPLETON, Wis. — A Shawano man who involved police in a standoff in Greenville will spend 18 months in prison followed by nine months in jail.
Frank Thomas is also sentenced in Outagamie County Court to two years on extended supervision for Failure to Comply with an Officer and Operating a Firearm While Intoxicated.
Thomas fired shots inside the house before refusing to come out for police back in December of last year.
