GREEN BAY, Wis. — One person is dead and three others are in custody following a stabbing incident on Green Bay’s east side.
Police were called to the 700 block of S. Roosevelt Street shortly after 5 p.m. Monday to find a 33-year-old Green Bay man lying on the ground outside.
While the death is being investigated as a homicide, investigators believe the incident is isolated.
