APPLETON, Wis. — Strong thunderstorms overnight leave thousands of Northeast Wisconsinites in the dark.
Wisconsin Public Services’ power outage map shows about 280 outages currently affecting roughly 3,300 customers as of about 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Meanwhile about 140 outages have left nearly 7,000 We Energies customers without power.
There have been no reports of substantial damage or injuries.
